- When someone cancels, the next person on the list is offered the place and it's kept for them for a few hours. It doesn't go to whoever refreshes fastest.
- Move one week, keep the block
- Can't make week four? Bookers move that one date to another session themselves, up to the cut-off you set.
- Rained off in one go
- Cancel a session and everyone gets your message. Pass credits go back automatically, with credit or a refund for the rest.
- Gift vouchers that feel like a gift
- Any amount, emailed to the person on the day they choose, with a message from the giver. They can spend it over several visits.

Little Oceans is me, Dan. I build websites for small businesses around Bedfordshire. I made this because the class businesses I work with were being quoted more for booking software than they paid for their whole website.

Questions
Do my bookers need an account?
No. They book with their name and email. Their confirmation email has a link to change or cancel, and "find my bookings" sends it again if they lose it.
How do I get paid?
Card payments go through your own Stripe account, straight to your bank. Stripe charges about 1.5% + 20p for a UK card, and I don't add anything on top. You can also let people pay by bank transfer, with no fee at all: their place is held while they pay, and you tap "mark paid" when it arrives.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose a plan and carry on, or move to Free. Your classes, bookings and settings all stay either way. You don't need a card to start the trial.
Can I stop if it's not for me?
Stop whenever you like. A paid plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for, then moves to Free.
I already use another booking system. Can you help me move?
Yes. Upload a client or bookings export from your old system and your clients and upcoming bookings come across, without anyone being emailed. Email me if you get stuck and I'll help you set up.
Can I use it on my own website?
Yes. One line of code shows your timetable on your site, and any button can open booking for a class. Without a website, share your booking page link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp groups.
